Contact and support
Real replies from the people who build the app. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot — there is also no support line for IPTV services, because we are not one.
Where to send it
Support and bug reports
Playback problems, something behaving oddly, or a question the FAQ did not answer.
Privacy enquiries
Questions about what is collected, or a request about information you have sent us.
IPTV providers
Setting up a provider configuration, issuing codes, or managing your servers and branding.
Reporting a playback problem
Streaming faults are usually reproducible only with the right detail. Including these five things turns a week of back-and-forth into one reply.
- Your device and iOS version — Settings → General → About.
- The Momnt IPTV version, shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen.
- Whether the service is an Xtream Codes login, an M3U playlist or a provider code.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Whether it affects one channel or title, or all of them.
Never send us your IPTV password. We do not need it, we cannot use it, and no genuine support request requires one. If a stream URL is relevant, remove the username and password from it first.
What we cannot help with
Momnt is the player, not your IPTV service. These belong to your provider, and they are the only people who can resolve them:
- Billing, renewals, refunds and subscription length.
- Missing channels, missing films, or an empty programme guide.
- Buffering at peak times, or a specific stream that is down.
- How many devices your plan allows to watch at once.
If you are not sure which side a problem falls on, this guide sorts most cases in a minute.
