What Momnt IPTV is

Momnt IPTV is a media player for iPhone and iPad. It plays media from a service you supply and configure yourself.

It is not an IPTV service. We do not provide, sell, resell, host, index, cache or distribute channels, streams, playlists, programme guides, films or series, and no such content is bundled with the app. Without a service of your own, the app has nothing to play.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the service you connect the app to and for your right to access what it carries. By using Momnt IPTV you confirm that:

• You have obtained your IPTV service lawfully and hold any subscription it requires.
• You are entitled to access the content you play through the app in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the app to infringe copyright or any other right.
• You will keep your own provider credentials secure; we cannot recover them, because we never hold them.

Content is your provider’s, not ours

Everything you see in the app — channels, films, series, artwork, descriptions and the programme guide — comes from the service you configured or from third-party metadata sources. We do not select, review, endorse or moderate it, and we have no ability to add, remove or correct it.

Availability, quality, buffering, outages, channel line-ups and guide accuracy are matters for your provider. Support requests about them should go to them.

The provider programme

IPTV services may register a provider configuration so their customers can complete setup with a short code. A configuration carries a provider’s branding and server details only.

Registering a configuration does not make a provider our partner, agent or affiliate, is not an endorsement of that provider or its content, and creates no relationship between us and that provider’s customers. Providers are responsible for the lawfulness of their own service, for the artwork they upload, and for supporting their own customers. We may suspend or remove a configuration at any time.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and functionality that depends on a third party — advertising, crash reporting, metadata or provider configuration — may change or stop working if that third party changes.

Momnt IPTV is distributed through the App Store and is subject to Apple’s terms as well as these.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the content you access through the app, from your provider’s service, or from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual property

The Momnt name, the app and this website are ours. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iPadOS, macOS, AirPlay and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Any other trademark shown belongs to its owner and is used to identify their product, not to imply endorsement.

Film and series artwork and descriptions may be supplied by The Movie Database (TMDb). This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.

This website

momnt.tv is provided for information about the app. We try to keep it accurate, and where it describes app behaviour it is written from the shipping build, but it is not a contractual specification.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page changes when they do, and continuing to use the app after that means the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which you live.
