Why a provider integrates with Momnt
One code instead of a support ticket
Your customer types a short code. The server address, the display name and the branding are already correct, so the only thing left for them to get wrong is a password they can reset themselves.
Your brand, not ours
Logo, dark logo, login background, primary and accent colours, surface and text colours, and the wording on the login screen. Customers see your service, in a player you did not have to build.
Several endpoints, ordered by you
List as many servers as you run, each with a display name and a region, ordered how you want them tried. Disable one for maintenance and it disappears from the picker on every device at once.
Change it without shipping anything
Configuration is fetched by the app, so a new endpoint, a colour change or a maintenance notice reaches your customers without an App Store release and without asking anyone to reinstall.
We get nothing about your customers
Resolving a code returns your public configuration and stops there. No customer identity, no credentials, no device record and no usage data crosses between you, Momnt and anyone else.
No revenue share, no lock-in
Momnt sells nothing to your customers and takes no cut of your subscriptions. If you stop using provider codes, your customers can still enter your details by hand like any other service.
How it works
Four steps, and only the first two involve you.
Register in the provider portal
Create an account at providers.momnt.tv, then build your configuration: name, colours, artwork, login wording and your list of server endpoints.
Generate one or more codes
Codes are uppercase letters and digits, 3 to 32 characters. Issue a separate code per campaign, reseller or region — each carries a label, can expire, and can be switched off on its own without touching the others.
Give the code to your customers
Put it in the welcome email, on the invoice, in the panel. It is not secret and not a password: it identifies a configuration, nothing more.
They type the code, then their own login
Momnt fetches your configuration, applies your branding and fills in your server details. Your customer enters the username and password you issued them, and starts watching.
What a provider configuration carries
A configuration is a document describing your service. The app fetches it when a customer enters your code, and again when it changes.
- Identity
- A display name shown throughout setup, and an active or disabled status that takes the configuration offline instantly when you need it to.
- Theme
- Appearance (system, light or dark), primary and accent colours, background and surface colours, and primary and secondary text colours. Momnt keeps its own sense of depth and contrast so a brand palette cannot make the app unreadable.
- Artwork
- A logo, a dark-mode logo and a login background image, uploaded through the portal and delivered to the app at first run.
- Login screen
- Your own title and subtitle, an optional maintenance message, and a switch that decides whether customers may edit the server address themselves.
- Servers
- One or more endpoints, each with an identifier, a display name, a base URL, a region label, an enabled flag and a sort order. Disabled endpoints are never offered to customers.
- Support route
- A support label with a URL or an email address, so a customer with a billing question reaches you rather than us.
- Minimum app version
- The oldest build of Momnt IPTV your configuration supports, so an old install is told to update rather than failing in a way that looks like your fault.
Provider codes
What a code is, and what it is not
A provider code is a lookup key for your configuration. It is deliberately boring: no secret, no credential, no customer data.
- Uppercase A–Z and digits 0–9 only, between 3 and 32 characters. Lowercase input is uppercased and surrounding spaces are trimmed; hyphens, spaces and symbols are rejected.
- Stored only as a salted SHA-256 hash. The raw code exists in your portal and in your customer’s email — never in a database of ours.
- A code is a configuration lookup key, not a credential. It grants access to no content and no account, and it carries no customer data.
- Each code can be labelled, given an expiry date, and enabled or disabled independently of every other code you hold.
- Resolution is rate limited per client, so a code cannot be found by guessing at scale.
Your customers’ credentials never reach us. The code fills in server details and branding only. The username and password are entered on the device, stored in the iOS Keychain, and sent to your server — not through any system of ours.
The questions providers ask first
Do you resell or host any content?
No. Momnt IPTV is a player. We supply no channels, no streams and no subscriptions, and we never will. Your customers remain entirely yours.
Do you receive our customers’ credentials?
No. Credentials are entered on the device, stored in the iOS Keychain and sent only to the server address in your configuration. Nothing is proxied through us.
Do we lose the customer relationship?
No. Your support route is in the configuration, your branding is on the login screen, and billing never touches Momnt. We are the player, you are the service.

How does a Momnt provider code work?
A provider code is a short lookup key — uppercase letters and digits only — that an IPTV service gives its customers. Typing it into Momnt fetches that service’s configuration: display name, colours, artwork, login wording and its list of server addresses.
The code is not a password and grants no access to anything. You still enter your own username and password afterwards. Codes are stored by us only as a salted SHA-256 hash, so the raw code never sits in a database.
Does Momnt store my IPTV credentials?
Not on any server of ours — we do not operate one that could hold them. Your IPTV username and password are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and sent only to the server address you configured, when the app requests your channels or a stream.
Streams are not proxied through Momnt. Traffic goes from your device to your provider directly.
Does Momnt provide IPTV subscriptions or channels?
No. Momnt IPTV supplies no channels, no streams, no playlists and no subscriptions, and none are bundled with the app. We do not sell, resell, host or index any content.
The app is empty until you connect a service you have obtained legally and pay for yourself. Nothing in the app suggests where to find one, because that is not what we do.

- An Xtream Codes portal or M3U playlists — the same thing your customers already use.
- Artwork you own the rights to: a logo, a dark-mode logo and a login background.
